My Background in Anger Management
I have more than a decade of experience and worked with hundreds of clients who had difficulty managing their anger. Many were mandated by courts to get help. Many came to me because their marriages, jobs, or other important relationships were threatened.
I’ve been effective because I use proven and powerful methods, which I teach to my clients so that they can manage their lives.
Perhaps most important, I’m not interested in shaming or blaming my clients. I am interested in helping my clients have better relationships, more choices, and better skills and results in their lives.

Break the Anger Habit
Rather than try to bottle anger up, or believe we must express every angry feeling, I teach methods that dispel anger and lessen the possibility of harm or trouble.
My clients learn to:
- Think clearly about what they are trying to accomplish
- Discover the patterns that are at the source of their anger
- Get smart, calm and slow down, to watch and identify the issues or problems they are trying to control each time they get angry.
- Use new strengths and better ways to solve problems and get legitimate needs met
